Sherman RobertsSherman Roberts is the Director of Executive Education and Founder of The Ivy Faculty Consortium, a network of prominent professors, researchers and experts on leadership and organizational topics who are affiliated with Ivy League universities (Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Dartmouth, Brown, Columbia, Cornell, and Penn) and other first-rate universities, business schools, schools of public service and research institutions in the United States and Europe (e.g. Chicago, Berkeley, and Oxford, among others).  

With Tim Cullen, he designed and teaches in the Oxford Programme on Negotiation at the Saïd School of Business, at the University of Oxford and he serves as the Academic Director of that programme. Previous positions include Professor of Behavioral Science at Universidad Simón Bolívar, Deputy Director of the Cambridge Center for Behavioral Studies, and Director of Executive Seminars at Harvard University's Kennedy School. At Harvard he co-designed and ran nine executive programs, taught in seven of them, and hosted over 8,000 executive participants. His current research examines five fundamental processes of performance and leadership (information-gathering, decision-making, persuasion, performance improvement and innovation) and their strategic use in organizations.
