PRO Marketing offers its clients a highly tailored approach to respond to their specific needs, creating marketing programs for Hong Kong-based companies or helping overseas firms acquire a competitive edge for their products in Hong Kong. PRO Marketing was awarded the 1996 Gold Quill Award of Excellence by the San Francisco based International Association of Business Communications for the publicity program it created and implemented for the Hong Kong season of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera. The company worked as consultants to the World Bank in the months leading up to and during the 1997 World Bank/IMF Annual Meetings in Hong Kong, making a major contribution to the success of that event. The links the Bank was able to establish with the government, financial and business communities, as well as the print and broadcast media, were largely due to the efforts of Cheung and her colleagues. A graduate in Economics from the University of Hong Kong, Cheung started her career as Associate Producer of feature films and, from 1982 to 1988, worked for the Philips Hong Kong Group of Companies on corporate and product marketing in Hong Kong and China. She subsequently worked for the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, before joining Asia Television Limited (ATV) in 1990 as Corporate Communications Manager. In 1993, she established PRO Marketing. Room 1904, 19/F Alliance Building, Telephone: +852-2851-1482, |
